ü Assess and take action to improve a site or product's total life cycle emissions - including embodied energy, operating emissions and emissions associated with responsible end-of-life activities such as local recycling.

ü Promote trading of carbon credits and other market mechanisms to achieve environmental goals.

ü Contribute to human freedom, happiness, dignity and education and the well-being of non-human animals and natural ecosystems.
ü Preserve and invigorate indigenous communities and provide equitable opportunities for developing communities to participate in, and be rewarded for, abatement activities.
